Live Arrival Guarantee
-We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee even with carrier delays, but...
-You must accept/sign for package on first delivery attempt or LAG is Void.
-You must pick-up your order sent to a FedEx hub on the day it is delivered or LAG is Void.
-In the event of a DOA, we require any issues to be reported to us via email, phone, or Facebook messenger by 8pm on day of delivery.
-Photo or video of DOA's may be requested with a pin through the abdomen of the specimen, or to be sent back to us within 24 hours at the purchasers expense.
-At this point you will be offered a refund, a credit, or a replacement to be sent with a future order. If you are adamant about receiving a replacement right away, we may request half of the shipping cost to do so.
-Freebies are not covered under LAG but may be replaced with a future order if that freebie is still being offered.
Shipping
-We will not ship anything until contact has been made and both parties are on the same page.
-All orders will be shipped via FedEx overnight only.
-Daytime temperatures must be between 80f and 40f for home delivery, at our discretion.
-If daytime temperatures are above 80f or below 40f, orders must be shipped to a FedEx hub location for pick-up.
-Shipping days are Mondays for Tuesday delivery and Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
-All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Local Pick-ups
-Local pick-up times are Monday through Friday 8am-8pm, weekend availability upon request.
-Pick-up at one of the many exotic pet expos we attend.
-Please have orders in within 24 hours of the show you plan on attending to pick-up your order.
Company Policies
-Order minimum for shipped orders in $40.
-Listed sizes of animals are approximate. Refunds will not be issued for size discrepancies.
-We are not responsible for any injuries sustained by animals purchased.
-Due to the nature of these animals and husbandry required for them, we do not guarantee them past 24-48 hours.
-Cancellation of any orders will be subject to covering any and all fees incurred from canceling the order.
-Half of the cost of shipping may be requested for immediate replacements.
